Love is all you need...

Today is Valentine's Day.  And although it is not my favorite holiday (not by a long-shot), it does fit in nicely to a theme I have going on in my life right now: love.  

More love would solve so many things in so many instances.  

Love for self, love for others, love for God.  

If you strive for an increase in love in your life, you will experience an increase in happiness; you will develop a greater level of patience and temperance.  

More love means creating opportunities to meet people, getting to know them, and learning to love them.  

Most importantly though, more love means showing the people closest to you that you care by listening to them, sharing stories with them, and loving them for who they are and all they do for you.  

Show more love and you'll get more love.  

So, what are you waiting for? Go out and create some Good [love] Karma, dangit!

Feelin' better

Even though my worries are far from over, I've decided to be optimistic.  It really is never worth it to get stressed out.  Yeah, stress keeps us in line, but it shouldn't become overwhelming...  I wish I had this perspective all the time. :]

Seriously, wow.  I've felt on the verge of tears for like the past hour and I couldn't tell ya why...  Alright, alright, so I gave in and cried.  Curse that little red dot I get under my right eye; it's a dead giveaway.  I need to do something productive; that would probably help.  I just needed to vent a bit first.

Overwhelmed...

This is one of those weeks that you know will be hellish before it even begins.  Between papers, tests, asking a guy on a date, and lack of money, things could get CrAzY!!  And that's where it all comes back to TRUST.  Ahhh, if only it were that simple sometimes...  But it's weeks like this that are the reason I chose that word for this year, right?  Right.
